How to use

In a glass, wood, or ceramic bowl (not metal), mix equal parts clay and raw apple cider vinegar or water into a smooth paste. Apply a 1/8–1/4 inch layer to your face. Leave on 5–10 minutes for delicate skin or 15–20 minutes for normal skin, then rinse with warm water.

Slight redness after use is normal and usually fades within about 30 minutes. Do a forearm patch test before first use. For external use only.
